Manager Coaching

Managers are burdened with responsibilities, tasks and interactions. CEOs have to report to demanding boards, lead their organizations through upheavals and personally manage their subordinates, both personally and as part of the management team. Managers entering a new role or company have to read the map, adjust themselves and lead the corporate culture and interfaces in various hierarchic directions. In doing so, it is often difficult for them to find interest-free partners for objective analysis of situations and unbiased sources for direct and even critical feedback as a basis for improvement. Thus, individual consulting is focused on actual behavioral change and expanding the manager's ways of coping based on the needs they experience and those emanating from their environment. As an additional tool, psychodrama offers role plays that include dialogues with internal voices, expressing non-politically correct feelings and perceptions, and eventually, rehearsing and sharpening the right message to others.
